Sophie Millar is a Chartered Physiotherapist based in Bassaleg, Newport.

Sophie has developed a wealth of knowledge and skills with 12 years experience working in the NHS gaining expertise across a number of specialities.  She specialised in the field of neurology and rehabilitation supporting people to optimise their mobility, independence and functional abilities.  Sophie is experienced in working with people with longer term conditions and those with complex medical needs. Sophie has also worked in a specialist school providing physiotherapy to children and young people with complex physical and learning needs.
